Careers

Practical operations and software work with a small Canadian team.

We're a small team in Mississauga that runs logistics workflows and builds the software around them. The work sits close to the client's actual process — the dock, the dispatch desk, the document queue — and the people who do it see the results of what they build.

Working style

How we work.

  • One team, operations and software — you work next to the people who run the workflow and the people who build itOne team
  • The work is defined by how orders, stock, and documents actually move, not by a spec handed downClose to the process

  • Roles differ in how much time they spend on client sites and docks versus at the desk — we tell you which before you applyOn-site vs. desk

Roles

The kind of work we take on.

We're a small team, so the work flexes across these roles rather than sitting in narrow job descriptions. Roles open and close with the work, so the fastest way in is to tell us what you do — the right conversation often matters more than a posted opening.

Operations coordinators

Keep queues, exceptions, and handoffs moving. This is the client-facing side of the work: talking to warehouses, dispatch desks, and stores day to day, and making sure nothing sits blocked without a next action.

Developers

Build the workflow layer: screens, routing, document matching logic, dashboards, and integrations. The work is practical — internal tools that operations teams use every day, not consumer products.

Analysts

Work the review layer: comparing documents, reconciling records, building reporting views, and turning exceptions into something a manager can act on.

How to apply.

A conversation about the work

If there's a fit, the next step is a talk about what you'd do here and what we'd need. If there's nothing open, we'll tell you that too.
